Deep fried tempura battered baby sweet corns served with a sweet chilli dip and salad

Smoked salmon and crayfish cocktail topped with marie rose sauce and served with brown bread.

Sauted spicy garlic mushrooms topped with mozzella, served with a crusty roll.

Main course;

Chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese and cherry tomatoes and wrapped in bacon, served on a tomato and herb sauce.

Lamb tagine; slow cooked moroccan style stew, with mild spices and dried fruits, served with rice and salad.

Fish pie topped with mashed potato and cheese.

Baked whole rainbow trout with a garlic, lemon and herb butter.

V.   Roasted vegetable curry served with rice and salad.
